Capita in Tower Bridge Congestion Charge bungle

More than 2,500 Congestion Charge fines have been wrongly issued to drivers who followed official diversion signs during the recent closure of Tower Bridge after Capita failed to switch off cameras in Druid Street, Fair Street and Tooley Street.
