London Eye Millennium Pier extension installed

A 34-metre extension to London Eye Millennium Pier was installed on Friday morning to create an extra berth for cruise boats.

Appeal for witnesses to "unprovoked" attack at Blackberry party

Relatives of the man injured in an apparently unprovoked attack at the Pulse nightclub near Blackfriars Bridge early on Wednesday morning are at his bedside as he remains in a critical condition in an east London hospital.
