Thames pageant to celebrate Queen's Diamond Jubilee

Plans have been announced for a flotilla of up to a thousand boats on the River Thames to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012.

@nickcarthew Mostly, yes. Much of SE1 is in zone 1, C-charge, inner Lon ring road, CAZ in planning terms & half is north of Westminster
