The seventh Bermondsey Street Festival brought large crowds to the street and its neighbouring green spaces on Saturday.
Local bakers Konditor & Cook held a street party called a 'cake fete' to celebrate twenty years in Waterloo.
"This place will truly be a little piece of El Salvador in the middle of London," declared the Salvadoran ambassador after the dedication of the Romero Cross in St George's Cathedral.
