Excellent bistro
I visited Edwin's on Thursday night with my wife for dinner and was really impressed by the delicious food. I ordered pigeon breast on Jerusalem artichoke followed by a wonderful lemon sole meunière. My wife had cod cheeks followed by perfectly pink venison. We enjoyed a really good burgundy which really complimented the food. Overall I was really impressed by the food and service and the room was very well laid out and made you forget you were on the 1st floor of a busy pub.
Twice in a month
It's taken me for ever and confusion with Elliots too but I finally went to Edwin's - twice once for lunch and once for supper.
I was impressed. Good food. Venison was so tasty and tender. Well presented, sound choice of wines. I liked the decor which works for a business lunch but with the lighting softened and blinds drawn is quite different in the evening when I had a quiet meal with friends. Excellent value for money and the staff know their stuff.
Excellent
Went to Edwin's on Friday early evening.

Excellent quality, good value and friendly service.

Highly recommended - give it a try.
