One Blackfriars Public Exhibition

The One Blackfriars development site has recently been acquired by St George, part of the Berkeley Group.

The new owners are seeking to refine the consented development proposals.

The alterations will not change the external appearance but will be to the internal use of the buildings.

The proposed hotel will be relocated to the Rennie Street building and the main tower will be completely residential.
