The Art of Cheese Making

O Toma O Morte

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

Presentations and Q&A by local purveyors of quality cheese, O Toma O Morte, and leading British cheesemakers… with free samples!
Previously respected cheese mongers in their own right, two friends – Ian and Gian - decided to join forces to spread the word and cut the curd. In some circles they are known as the "Dark Knights of Cholesterol".  Ian's roots are split between London and Lincolnshire (as a farmer's son), and that's the place of his particular speciality.  Gian's roots are split between London and Varese in Italy, and the regional "toma" from those Alps are his speciality.  They stock a range of stunning English, French and Italian artisan cheese which is constantly changing according to the seasons and of course their own personal whims.  Their slogan is "O Toma O Morte" and their policy is clear – try everything first.

The Club's exclusive bar and lounge are open for the enjoyment of ticketholders half an hour before the event.  After the event the cheese market stall and the bar will remain open for purchases.
