The Dean of Southwark, the Very Revd Andrew Nunn, and the Bishop of Southwark, the Rt Revd Christopher Chessun, will be leading Prayers in the Mandela Porch, Lancelot's Link and marquee space on the north side of Southwark Cathedral.

All are welcome to this informal and impromptu moment of commemoration and prayer.

The leader of Southwark Council, Cllr Peter John, will also be present.

The former South African president visited the cathedral in 2001 to open the Millennium Buildings.
