Duck & Waffle chef Dan Doherty will create eight courses showcasing his take on British seasonal herbs and flowers.
Accommodating just 16 diners for each sitting this is an exclusive and intimate dining experience with one of London's hottest chefs as he talks about the creation of his menu.
The Chateau Marmot event is the second in a series of dinners taking place throughout 2014 inspired by the theme 'Supernature'. Each chef is invited to identify one element of the Supernature spectrum – like a foodie periodic table – and explode it in a riot of colours, tastes and textures across a multi-course tasting menu.
