Marchioness disaster 25th Anniversary

To mark the 25th anniversary of the Marchioness pleasure boat disaster, those who died, as well as survivors and their families and friends, will be remembered at the cathedral's daily lunchtime Eucharist. The service will take place in the retrochoir of the cathedral and is open to everyone.

Extra candle stands will be in the vicinity of the Marchioness memorial which is located by the south-west door of the cathedral, where there will also be vases where flowers brought in memory of the departed can be placed.
