Saint Mark Passion at Southwark Cathedral

Song reCycle presents the world premiere of Saint Mark Passion, a new oratorio with music by G.F. Handel.

This collection of Handel's music from 17 different English oratorios has been arranged by William Bouvel to tell the passion story according to Mark's gospel.

Performed in Southwark Cathedral on Palm Sunday with Thomas Guthrie narrator, James Sherlock organist, William Bouvel tenor, Christopher Dollins baritone, Holly Marie Bingham mezzo soprano, Cristina Jones soprano, Lucinda Stuart­Grant mezzo soprano, Julian Gregory tenor, Nicholas Beever baritone, and The Templar Scholars Choir conducted by Victoria Longdon.
