In 2014 and 2015 the largest Ebola outbreak in history threatened to decimate Sierra Leone. Faced with predictions of death on a huge scale, the Sierra Leonean government and global health community made the unusual decision to request international military support.
A panel of speakers will recall the daunting early days of the outbreak and the decision to call in the UK military.
