Pop-Up Shakespeare
As part of the Shakespeare 400 celebrations, Southwark Playhouse Young Company and The People's Company present an evening celebrating his work in the beautiful surroundings of St George the Martyr in The Borough.
Southwark Playhouse Young Company perform Timon of Athens
Wealthy and generous beyond his means, Timon of Athens seeks to call in favours from his friends when he outspends his resources. When they spurn him in his hour of need Timon withdraws to the wilderness to plot his revenge against a cruel and callous world.
The People's Company perform Scenes from Shakespeare
A selection of scenes from A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Winter's Tale and The Tempest.
