Southwark historian Stephen Bourne gives an illustrated talk highlighting the experiences of African Caribbean women in Britain during the Second World War. Among those featured will be writer and broadcaster Una Marson and service women such as Lilian Bader (WAAF) and Connie Mark (ATS).
