Are you interested in getting some free, gentle exercise with a small, friendly group of people?
This will be a circular walk along part of Union Street then will include some smaller roads such as Copperfield Street and Mint Street, passing some points of local interest along the way.
The walk will last approx. 45 mins at an easy pace - all on level ground with no steps and minimum road crossing.
One of the HOurBank members who has been trained by Walk for Health (The Ramblers) leads most of the walks.
Walks take place every first Thursday of the month.
