Frogmore Ufford Street hotel development public drop-in session

Frogmore is inviting local residents to attend two public drop-in sessions to learn more about their emerging proposals for a site on Ufford Street, formerly part of the adjacent FE college.

The site is currently vacant and has planning permission for a residential scheme of 60 flats. Frogmore has now acquired the site and is developing proposals for a hotel at this location, which will be similar to the built form of the approved residential scheme.

As the proposals are at a formative stage, Frogmore would like to offer residents living close to the site the opportunity to view the proposals, speak to members of the project team, and provide comments and feedback.
