A New Plan for London: Mayor of London's consultation
Ken Livingstone's London Plan was drafted in 2002 and adopted in 2004, with alterations in 2006. Last summer we heard from the chief officer of the new Mayor of London Boris Johnson on his proposals to review the plan. In October they published a draft Plan for consultation. Is it good for Waterloo? How much has changed? What would you like to see more/ less of in the future development of London to 2031?

A New Plan for Lambeth
Lambeth Council has also been reviewing and re-writing its 2007 UDP to create a new plan. Amongst other things it proposes to abandon seeking a full extension of Jubilee Gardens across the Hungerford car park, a policy WCDG has been pursuing since 1974. It's also more favourable to tall buildings - but is it in step with the London Plan? And does it reflect what you want to see?
