A series of open conversations about the Iraq conflict, media and society. Discussions, some led by witnesses to the conflict, will take place in the shadow of a destroyed car salvaged from the 2007 bombing of a market in Baghdad.
The museum has worked with Turner prize winning artist Jeremy Deller to present the damaged vehicle, a major new acquisition which will prompt reflection on the changing nature of conflict and the impact of modern war on civilians.
