Boy stabbed in eye at Geoffrey Chaucer school

A 14 year old boy is in a south London hospital after being stabbed in the eye at Geoffrey Chaucer Technology College in Southwark's Theobald Street.

Cash for cathedral repairs

Southwark's two cathedrals are to benefit from almost 50,000 funding for repairs and safety work announced by English Heritage this week.

Simon Hughes in media storm over sexuality revelations

North Southwark and Bermondsey MP Simon Hughes told The Sun: "I have had both homosexual and heterosexual relationships".
