Nelson Square residents celebrate 50 years

Residents of the Nelson Square Gardens Estate off Blackfriars Road have celebrated the 50th anniversary of the post-war rebuilding of the square.

Southwark and Bermondsey skeletons on display at Wellcome Collection

Skeletons found at Cross Bones Graveyard in the Borough and at the site of Bermondsey Abbey are featured in an exhibition at the Wellcome Collection.
