Trinity Street BT cabinet transformed into work of art

A BT cabinet in Trinity Street has been turned into a work of art as part of a council-run scheme to spruce up local street furniture.

Southwark to hold planning committee meetings at Tooley Street instead of Town Hall

Southwark Council's planning committee is to hold some of its meetings at the authority's Tooley Street offices rather than at the Town Hall in Camberwell.

Transport minister opens double-deck cycle parking at Waterloo Station

New transport minister Norman Baker opened new bike racks at Waterloo Station on Tuesday morning - the first part of a new 'cycle hub' to be created at the terminus.
