The Mayor of London Boris Johnson has intervened in the battle between developers Oakmayne and the Ministry of Sound over a proposed skyscraper at Elephant & Castle.
A female cyclist, believed to be in her early twenties, died on Friday morning after her bike was in collision with a lorry at the junction of Tower Bridge Road and Abbey Street.
