Cyclist killed in Tower Bridge Road named as Ellie Carey

The 22-year-old cyclist who was killed on Friday at the junction of Tower Bridge Road and Abbey Street has been named in the Channel Islands media as Eleanor 'Ellie' Carey from Guernsey.

Blackfriars Station's Bankside entrance now open

Blackfriars Station's new southern ticket hall opened to passengers on Monday morning, making it the only London station with entrances on both banks of the Thames.
