Prince Andrew and Qatari prime minister to open Shard on 5 July

The Duke of York and Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani, prime minister of Qatar, will inaugurate the Shard skyscraper at London Bridge on Thursday 5 July.
