Gig economy in the spotlight as precarious workers stage march
Workers in the gig economy from minicab drivers to delivery riders gathered in Blackfriars Road on Tuesday morning for a march across London to highlight the plight of 'precarious workers'.
Tanner Street Dragons' Den warehouse development approved
Plans to build a seven-storey office block beside and above a Victorian Tanner Street warehouse - used in early series of the BBC's Dragons' Den - have been approved by Southwark councillors.
