TfL plans office block above Southwark Tube Station
Transport for London has launched a public consultation on plans for an office block above Southwark Tube Station, as part of a scheme that will also see new council homes developed alongside nearby Styles House.
Extinction Rebellion activists stage climate protest on Bankside
Specially trained police wearing climbing helmets and harnesses were called to Bankside on Tuesday morning to remove Extinction Rebellion activists who set up structures outside Tate Modern as part of their call for faster action to tackle climate change.

The London Assembly has published its report on the Garden Bridge debacle - and has urged Parliament's public accounts committee to mount a further probe into the project which has left the taxpayer with a £43 million bill.
