The leader of Southwark Council says he is "deeply worried" about the takeover of several NHS GP practices in the borough - including Falmouth Road Surgery - by a US health insurance company.

Tabard Gardens teen jailed for attempted GBH

A teenager from the Tabard Gardens Estate has been sentenced to two years in prison for attempted grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place in relation to an incident in Oxford Street last summer.
