Refreshments in the Imperial War Museum cinema from 10am, followed by indoor ceremony from 10.30am and wreath laying at The Soviet War Memorial and The Holocaust Memorial Tree in GMH Park from 11.30am.
Guests will include civic and diplomatic dignitaries, and Avram and Vera Schaufeld, Holocaust survivors.
This year’s theme, Keep The Memory Alive, will be reflected in song by students of Notre Dame RC Girls' School, a film narrated by Imelda Staunton OBE, and memorial prayers led by Rabbi Dr Moshe Freedman.
There will also be music by members of Southbank Sinfonia.
