Overnight closures for Waterloo Road rail bridge works

The 17 bus routes that run along Waterloo Road will be subject to overnight diversions every night this week whilst Network Rail strengthens the bridge that carries the Charing Cross to Waterloo East line over the road.

Paddick reveals Old Kent Road tram plan

Lib Dem mayoral candidate Brian Paddick has published a proposal for a £27 million tram link between Waterloo and Deptford along the Old Kent Road, following the 453 bus route.
