Around 25 people from Oasis Church Waterloo and St John's Waterloo braved the rain to sing harvest hymns outside Cubana before processing along the street for a blessing of market stalls and goods.

The service was led by the vicar of St John's Waterloo Canon Giles Goddard and the curate Revd Jeffrey Risbridger.

The lesson was read by Helen Santer of Waterloo Quarter BID and prayers were led by Joyce Williams from St John's.

The event included a collection for the Waterloo Foodbank which is run by local churches.

Oasis Hub Waterloo exhibited their plans for the new Oasis Community Farm being created alongside Archbishop's Park.
