Blackfriars Road SPD Workshop

Southwark Council is consulting on a new draft planning document for the area along and around Blackfriars Road.

The Blackfriars Road Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) will build on existing policies in the Core Strategy and saved Southwark Plan to provide a strategic framework and detailed guidance to coordinate growth.

The SPD will help to make Blackfriars Road a destination where people want to live, work and visit. Once adopted, the SPD will be an important consideration when planning applications are decided in the area.

This workshop will give you an opportunity to hear about the document and to discuss the issues that it covers.
