Southwark's first Latin American forum was officially launched last week at La Distriandina in Elephant Road - one of the most popular meeting places for Latin American communities in South London.
The event was a partnership between Community Action Southwark and the Volunteer Centre Southwark with the aim of bringing together the Latin American communities based in the borough.
Performers at the launch came from Colombia, Bolivia and Peru, watched by more 150 people from Latin American countries. Audience members came from a total of ten different countries.
