Bus blown up on Lambeth Bridge for ‘The Foreigner’ movie

A red double-decker bus was blown up on Lambeth Bridge on Sunday morning during filming for 'The Foreigner', a new movie starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan.

Two buses were used in the filming, both carrying destination blinds for route 211. Note the crash dummies on the top deck.

The moment of the controlled explosion was captured on camera by firefighters at Lambeth River Fire Station on Albert Embankment.

The movie – directed by Martin Campbell – is based on the thriller The Chinaman by Stephen Leather.
