Cooltan Arts' latest exhibition Summer Madness has opened at The Refectory in Southwark Cathedral.

The eight week show was declared open by Southwark Deputy Mayor Eliza Mann at ceremony in the cathedral courtyard. Also supporting the event was David Morris, the Mayor of London's senior policy adviser on Disability Issues.

Cooltan Arts, newly arrived in Walworth Road and supported by Maggi Hambling, aims to inspire the well-being and creative participation of a diverse range of people through the production of digital and visual arts.

Much of the new work on show, which includes photography, features Southwark Cathedral's architecture. The 24 framed pictures are all for sale.

Summer Madness is at Southwark Cathedral's Refectory until Tuesday 5 Sptember; 10am-5pm; free.
