Garden Museum

The Garden Museum in the 14th-century church of St Mary-at-Lambeth next to Lambeth Palace opened in 1979 as the Museum of Garden History.

Its garden contains the tomb of Admiral Bligh of Bounty fame as well as the two pioneering gardeners called John Tradescant.

The museum aims to be the "first stop for garden enthusiasts".
